Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Each investigation type is metered separately. An Autonomous investigation is counted when the Hercules engine runs a fully autonomous causal investigation. An AI-Assisted investigation is counted each time a user triggers a Guided-mode investigation. A Deterministic investigation is counted when a mapped runbook is executed automatically from an alert. Re-running the same playbook manually does not count.

Each proxy can reach any infrastructure it has network access to. Most teams deploy one proxy per network segment or environment (e.g., staging, production, region). A single proxy can manage multiple servers and services within its network.
